Identifying RoHS compliant products
- Development and Application Kits are not
required to be RoHS compliant
- Rabbit has placed a prefix of 20- in front of
all finish good product part numbers to indicate RoHS
compliance.

When ordering a RoHS compliant product use the 20-XXX-XXXX number
- On any product released prior to April 1, 2006
Rabbit will change the color of the PCB from
green to red (Examples – RCM 2xxx and 3xxx series). For
any new product released after
April 1, 2006 the RoHS PCB will be green (Examples – RCM
4xxx family, RabbitFlex).
- A “RoHS” label
will be placed either on the product itself or on
the product packaging dependent on the specific product.
- When a specific SKU is converted over to RoHS. The
leaded version will no longer be available.
