The Rabbit U Dynamic C / Wi-Fi seminar is loaded with crucial information for any Rabbit developer whether new or experienced. A complete RCM4400W Wi-Fi/802.11 RabbitCore® development kit is included as part of your registration. The first day will cover the Rabbit 4000 microprocessor in detail as well how to develop with Dynamic C. The second day will briefly cover networking fundamentals before moving on to hands-on instruction with the RCM4400W RabbitCore module and Dynamic C’s TCP/IP protocol stack.

Itinerary

Breakfast and lunch will be provided on both days of the training.

Day 1:

Registration and Setup (7:30 am - 8:00 am)

Introduction to Rabbit products (8:00 am - 9:00 am)

Sessions: (9:00 am - 5:00 pm)

Morning session: Basics of the Rabbit Microprocessor, I/O Registers, Timers, and other Rabbit 2000/3000/4000 features, as well as the basics of Dynamic C development software.
Afternoon session: Advanced Rabbit features, the range of Dynamic C's capabilities, and tips for developing a custom application.
Day 2:

Sessions: (8:00 am - 4:00 pm)

Morning session: TCP/IP and Wi-Fi concepts (theory)
Afternoon session: Using TCP/IP and Wi-Fi (hands on)

One-on-one Q & A and technical assistance will round out both days' sessions.

Prerequisite: This course is specifically tailored for design engineers new to the Rabbit processor and Dynamic C software development system.

Tools: Please bring a Windows™ 95, 98, 2000, NT, ME, or XP laptop with working RS-232 port, working Wi-Fi adaptor, and your drivers disk (to assist with Dynamic C installation). Windows Vista is currently not supported by Dynamic C. If you cannot bring a laptop, handouts of the presentation with room for notes are provided to begin development after the class.

Note: Registration and development kit are non refundable; however, they are transferable to a colleague if you are unable to attend, or we will ship your development kit to you after the seminar.

To ensure that everyone has the same seminar experience, the RCM4400W Development Kit will be provided to each attendee. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any substitutions.
