Hello, I'm trying to load a file to a PK2600 using DC32 with serial cable & SIB, neither cable works, I always get the "target not responding" error. Having said that, I also have another unit (same model) that doesn't give me any problem. I'm just wondering what's going on with that unit. Is there any way to do a hard boot on this? Please let me know if I'm still able to save this unit. Thanks!
