The user block is stored in the program flash area and does maintain during a power loss. Since it is writing to flash, you should not be changing this data too frequently, it is mainly meant to store things like calibration and configuration settings that need to be maintained through power loss.

What flash equal with memory eeprom? Which i know, eeprom can keep data after power lost and we can write to eeprom when program running, usually eeprom used to save initialize variable or settings. Thanks
