About FTP SERVER

I use a FTP server to get a fat file from Serial Flash the problem is that this file has 1Mbytes in the server and when I copy it on my computer it has 0 bytes, does someone knows how to resolve this problem ?

No, I don't know how to resolve, but as a first step, try running tcpdump() on your linux server on the LAN (you have got one of these...., no?) and see if (a) the login sequence is working OK (b) the traffic is actually being sent over the wire.

That will at least give clues as to where to troubleshoot. DB.
