low voltage on serial port BL2610

hi,

i have two BL2610 running the same program
and on 1 i get 12V on TX
but on the other i only get 5V
on the serial port there is going to be a device that needs min 5V so on the second bord it will just work or just not.
How do i get a higher voltage?
Or what could be the cause that i have 5V instead of 12V

plz help need this very urgent

You may have a hardware failure on your serial driver. You should call technical support.
