Provides the system ID block update utility and support libraries needed to correct certain system ID block information on RCM5700 boards manufactured before December, 2008.
The patch provides a new STDBIOS.C file to correct a bug that affected reads/writes from/to the user block when operating the RCM4300/RCM4310 in the Run Mode. The patch replaces the STDBIOS.C file in the Dynamic C v. 10.21 and 10.23 releases, and will be incorporated in future Dynamic C releases.

Port D. This patch is for Dynamic C 7.04T only, which was released
in the RCM2100 development kits. The next regular release of
Dynamic C will contain the fix.
Replace the REALTEK.LIB in your \LIB\TCPIP directory with this
one.
